You are eligible for a full refund for up to 30 days from the original date of purchase, subject to the conditions below.
Request a refund by emailing [email protected]. To complete your refund we will need the purchase date and the email address you entered on our website at the time of purchase. You will receive an email confirmation that we are processing your return within 48 hours. We will return your purchase to the original method of payment.
If you request a refund within 30 days of purchase, but we do not see the request until after the 30 day deadline has passed, we will still honor the refund request. The number of days from processing your refund to receiving funds in your account is determined by the payment processor and your credit card company. It is usually completed within 2-3 business days, but may be much longer.
Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed then you are no longer eligible for a refund. The 30 days is inclusive of all holidays and weekends. If you requested a refund and have not yet received it please email us at [email protected] so we can make sure it was properly processed.
We reserve the right to decline a refund in cases of suspected fraud, copyright violation, or for any other reason, or for no reason.
